The Department of Nutrition, in the College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (UTK) is seeking a nine-month, tenure-track assistant professor whose research interests are broadly related to diet and chronic disease using a nutritional biochemistry, nutritional physiology, or clinical nutrition framework. This candidate will contribute to the translational focus of the department, bridging preclinical, clinical, and clinical implementation research.
