Assistant Professor tenure-track, Diet and Chronic Disease
The Department of Nutrition, in the College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (UTK) is seeking a nine-month, tenure-track assistant professor whose research interests are broadly related to diet and chronic disease using a nutritional biochemistry, nutritional physiology, or clinical nutrition framework. This candidate will contribute to the translational focus of the department, bridging preclinical, clinical, and clinical implementation research. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellence in research, teaching, and service. The position begins on August 1, 2024.
