The Department of Nutrition and Health Care Management in the Beaver College of Health Sciences at Appalachian State University invites applications for one tenure-track faculty position in nutrition and foods. The successful applicant will have a focus on teaching excellence in both the traditional and online environments. Responsibilities may include teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in nutrition science, food systems, food science, and public health nutrition; mentoring graduate and undergraduate students in research; capstone projects; and career planning.
