The Campus Dietitian is an ancillary medical provider and is responsible for developing nutrition and food related counseling and coordinating educational programs through Peer Health Education (PHE), Cooking Healthy Eating Well (CHEW), and campus collaborations. This includes population specific disease prevention as well as nutrition and food related trends. Programs will be based on needs assessments to facilitate the development of tailored programs. The Campus Dietitian provides collegial and consultative support to other SHC/SJSU staff, faculty, and student leaders/groups.
