Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Dining Service Worker B for Cook Café.
Among the key duties of this position are the following: Under the guidance and supervision of a Dining Services worker A or other senior dining service worker, performs general food service utility duties in various dining hall facilities.
Assists cooks, bakers, and Dining Services supervisors in tasks involving sanitary food handling.
May provide dining room services, including cash register duties.
Minimum Education and Experience:
No experience required.
Previous maintenance experience preferred. Dish room and Pots.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time; and to lift and carry food and beverage items, and equipment.
