The Manager of Nutritional Services directs all food service activities in accordance with hospital accreditation standards, using approved industry guidelines and best practices. Responsibilities may include performance management for patient care food services, food production, dietitians, catering, and/or retail sales operations. We are looking for someone who will promote quality food services that result in a high level of patient and customer satisfaction, while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in the Food Service or Business fields.
Three to five years of progressively more responsible hospital food/nutrition experience, or related.
Previous leadership experience.
Experience with basic supervisory practices, techniques, and methods.
Demonstrated self-starter and resourceful approach to problem resolution.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive client and top management relations.
Registered Dietitian (RD) by The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Food Handler Certification issued by Oregon Department of Health, or provide documentation of a valid food manager training certificate.
