Metz Culinary Management is seeking a System Clinical Nutrition Manager to lead the clinical nutrition team at St Luke’s University Health Network in the Allentown, Pennsylvania, area.
The responsibilities of this position include leading the clinical team, managing labor and resources, establishing standards, represent the department on committees, and maintaining satisfaction and regulatory compliance in the Food and Nutrition Services Department at multiple facilities
The ideal candidate must have at least a minimum of three (3) years progressive experience and two (2) years management experience preferably in an acute care setting. Electronic medical record and diet office electronic system experience preferred. Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to creatively problem solve, work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions while working within a self-directed and team-oriented work environment excellent interpersonal skills to promote our culture of hospitality for our clients, patients and team members . Must have a passion for driving and improving the patient experience for the population served.
