Cura Hospitality is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to join their team at a Senior Living Facility in Lexington, SC. This position will be responsible for managing the Medical Nutrition Therapy for the facility.
Serve in a leadership role on the Food and Nutrition Services team along with other Cura managers
Represent the department on medical staff and clinical committees as needed
Have a strong understanding of Medical Nutrition Therapy across the life cycle.
Have and understanding of accreditation and regulatory readiness and review; and establishing and maintaining standards of care
Need to have excellent communication and customer service skills, have a track record of proactive interaction with the medical team, and be a great team player
Assist Food Service Director as needed on additional projects and assignments for the department
Completed a Bachelor’s degree at a US regionally accredited university or college by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
Licensed in the State of South Carolina.
Knowledgeable with assessing and Medical Nutrition Therapy with all levels of care and disease states.
Proficient with Electronic charting, Microsoft office, as well as web-based programs.
